WHO WE ARE

Working to Restore a Life's Purpose

Our core aim is to provide purposeful activities to individuals in the Causeway Coast and Glens who want to increase their confidence, motivation and self-belief while learning new skills.

We focus on supporting people who have special or additional needs, mental health issues, are long-term unemployed or are undertaking community service.

We support our clients by teaching them new skills, providing counselling and empowering them with the ability to make a difference in their lives.

ACTIVITIES

Making a Difference

OASIS

At Oasis, we provide support to people who are living with, or recovering from mental health issues.

We provide support through our drop-in service, where anyone who feels isolated or lacking in confidence can come and meet our friendly staff for a chat and a cuppa.

We can provide support to you through counselling along with one-to-one support by providing plans to help you achieve your goals and move on from being dependent to being able to live independently.

RESTORE

Restore is our workshop that provides training and activities for people who have mental or physical disabilities, or who are long-term unemployed.

Restore's main aim is to recycle and upcycle furniture while at the same time teaching people new skills such as painting and repairing furniture. This support can help you to gain skills and confidence which can provide a stepping stone to employment.

GROW

The grow project focuses on inspiring the community to get physically active and produce their own food in a sociable and supportive environment.

Working with nature and gardening have been proven to help increase your physical, mental and social well-being. It is also very rewarding to see your hard work pay off when harvest arrives and the gardens have produced delicious fruits and vegetables.

BAKERY

Our bakery was formed as a social enterprise in 2016. The bakery supports people with mental and physical disabilities through catering.

We run a variety of courses from teaching people how to cook delicious and healthy meals on a budget, to helping people understand that a healthy diet can be beneficial to their mental health.
